The Equity Project is a new initiative of The Ad Club, building on 25 years of The Rosoff Awards, which honored people and companies in Boston for advances and leadership in diversity.
The Equity Project is a half day of innovative, provocative programming featuring people who are working toward equity, by questioning and dismantling the systems that privilege some and disadvantage others.
