Description
This workshop provides the tools to prioritize, focus, define goals and be more productive all day.
Participants will benefit from this program by learning how to:
- Identify and eliminate personal time wasters
- Manage interruptions and avoid distractions, especially when working from home
- The importance of daily lists and reminders
- Eliminate poor habits and establish new ones that buy you time
- Manage the workload and learn to say no
- Establish measurable and specific goals
Course components Include:
- Identifying time wasters and finding solutions to avoid them
- Learning to attack your goals and break them down into steps
- Prioritizing your to do list when everything seems urgent
- Evaluating time management systems that work for you
Format:
This program will be offered on Zoom as an independent, 2 hour course, or in conjunction with Meeting Management. A $50 discount will be issued if you register for both classes.
